Project Manager (FMCG)

As a Project Manager (Commercial Sales) at Pepsi-Cola Products Philippines Inc., you will play a vital role in driving the company's strategic initiatives within the commercial operations. What you'll be doing

Oversee the planning, execution and delivery of commercial and finance-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource

requirements

• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Ensure effective change management and provide support to teams during implementation
• Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements and best practices
• Analyze data, provide insights, and make recommendations to drive business decisions
• Mentor and support junior project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
• What we're looking for5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the commercial or finance domains
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making
• Experience in implementing process improvements and driving change
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus
