What You’ll Do: Develop plans and strategies to improve the department’s effectiveness and efficiency in delivering its services and in achieving its targets. Take the lead role in conceptualizing the development phase of construction projects. Negotiate and deal with external entities such as suppliers, contractors, subcontractors, and etc. Develop and implement cost saving proposals and systems enhancements to improve operational efficiency and productivity. Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of multiple construction projects, ensuring that all projects are completed on schedule, and standards of quality and budget guidelines are met. Develop and implement effective internal controls in managing construction projects’ budget expenses in order to ensure optimum utilization of resources. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

Licensed Civil Engineer

At least seven (7) years of relevant managerial experience in construction project management, gained from construction, real estate, or property development industries.
