ABOUT THE JOB

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Collect, organize, clean, and maintain large sets of data from multiple sources.

• Use advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets functions to analyze and manipulate data.
• Develop complex formulas, spreadsheets, and automated workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Build automated reports and processes using spreadsheet functions, scripts, or other available tools.
• Consolidate data from multiple spreadsheets, systems, and sources into accurate and usable reports.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to identify errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for management and other departments.
• Translate complex data into clear, easy-to-understand insights and recommendations.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare analysis to support business decisions.

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience working with large sets of data, preferably in a data analyst, reporting, business analyst, or similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is required.
• Above-average analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify patterns and draw meaningful conclusions from data.
• Above-average knowledge of spreadsheet formulas, functions, data manipulation, and automation.
• Strong understanding of formulas such as XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF/IFS, FILTER, QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, and other advanced functions.
• Experience creating dashboards, reports, pivot tables, charts, and data summaries.
• Experience automating repetitive tasks and improving spreadsheet-based processes is highly preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to work with large datasets without losing accuracy or organization.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple reporting requirements.
• Ability to work independently, investigate data issues, and find practical solutions.
