Job Details: Full Onsite and must be willing to work anywhere in Metro Manila and in other provincesMorning shift Job Description: The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to provide top-notch support to our clients. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing training and support to users, and maintaining our systems and networks. Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or remote access- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity- Document and track all support requests and resolutions in a timely manner- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues- Train and support users on new systems and technologies- Maintain and update systems and networks to ensure smooth operation- Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations to management- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field- Minimum of 6 months of experience in technical support or a similar role- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills- Customer-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Willing to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays if needed
