About the role
- Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and system issues
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and other IT equipment
- Set up user accounts, workstations, and access permissions
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN and Wi-FiPerform regular system updates, backups, antivirus checks, and preventive maintenance
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, licenses, and service requests
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when necessary
- Provide basic training and technical guidance to users
- Assist with CCTV installation and monitoring
- Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience in IT support, systems administration, or network maintenance preferred
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
- Working knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
- Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
