Full job description

A talent coordinator is the primary contact point for all event entertainment within an organization.

• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with performers and corporate entities alike
• Communication skills are essential for liaising with clients, artists, and vendors.
• Strong organizational skills are needed to coordinate

s and logistics. Contract negotiation skills with both individuals and organizations, and handle potential conflicts is crucial.

• An understanding of currently available acts and venues appropriate for any given event
• Knowledge of the entertainment industry trends and regulations is beneficial.
• Maintain relationships with talent agents and venue owners to deliver consistent results.
• Strong project management skills to adequately handle events of any size
• Professional organizational skills for scheduling multiple events and performers at one time
• Sales-driven
• Can adapt to fast paced environment.

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of media-related courses
• With at least 5 years experience in Production for TV Shows, Concerts, Events with technical skills in lighting, sounds, visuals
• With good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work long hours and be assigned in Viva Cafe, Cubao, Quezon City
• Can start ASAP

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
