Full job description

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers in the field, either door-to-door or at booths, to introduce and promote our products.
• Complete necessary forms for new customers, including their requirements.
• Attend events to showcase our services, interact with potential customers, and generate sales leads.
• Reach out to customers who applied via social media platforms like Facebook or Instagram to explain product terms.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales, and event participation, and provide regular reports to management on performance and feedback.
• Achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.
• Establish and maintain positive client relationships.
• Provide management with fieldwork reports.
• Performs other tasks that might be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• With or without experience in the field sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate product feature, benefits, pricing, and terms persuasively.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets within specified timeframes. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills are essential.
• Flexibility to work in various environments and adapt to changing priorities and situations.
• Physically fit to work on the field
