Bridge Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Bookkeeper - AU Client to join our team in Cebu Central Visayas. As a full-time team member, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive bookkeeping services to our Australian clients, ensuring accurate and efficient financial record-keeping. What you'll be doing

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for our Australian clients, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and bank reconciliations

• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions in a timely manner
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other documents as required
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards and regulations
• Provide excellent customer service to our Australian clients, responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns promptly
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and streamline bookkeeping operations

What we're looking for

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar bookkeeping role serving Australian clients. Proficient in the use of accounting software, such as MYOB or Xero, and other bookkeeping tools

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve targets
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and the finance team
• Knowledge of Australian accounting standards and regulations
