About the role
Work From Home Schedule - 1 day in a week
Working hours - 8am to 5pmThe role You’ll own the full brand strategy for multiple client accounts. Not just where the budget goes, but what creative runs, why, and how it performs. This is a hybrid role: part performance marketer, part creative strategist. You’ll manage campaigns across e-commerce and paid media channels for brands in multiple verticals, while also directing the creative that powers those campaigns. This isn’t a traditional agency role. You’ll work alongside AI systems that handle campaign setup, reporting, QA, and daily monitoring. Your job is to think about the brand, develop the creative strategy, direct production, interpret performance data, and maintain the client relationship. The operational grunt work is automated. Your value is in the thinking: knowing what to run, why it’ll work, and what to change when it doesn’t. What you’ll do Own 3–5 brand accounts end-to-end: brand strategy, creative direction, campaign performance, and client communication Develop creative briefs and concepts for campaigns. You decide what the ads should say, look like, and who they’re for. A production team handles execution; you direct it Manage campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Zalora. You don’t need to know all of them yet, but you need to learn fast Review AI-generated reports, briefs, and SOPs before they reach clients. You’re the quality gate between automation and the client Build media plans and creative direction documents with AI assistance, then run the feedback loop with the creative team until the output is right Monitor campaign pacing, targets, and budget allocation across platforms, and connect the numbers back to creative performance: what’s working, what’s not, and what to try next Own the client relationship: respond to questions, present performance reports, flag concerns, and keep things moving Identify what’s working and what isn’t, in both creative performance and operational process, and suggest improvements Who you are 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or advertising. Enough to understand how campaigns work, but early enough that you haven’t stopped learning You have a creative eye and a numbers brain. You can look at an ad and know why it’s not converting, and look at a dashboard and know where the budget should shift You’ve touched paid campaigns on at least one of: Meta, Google, TikTok, Shopee, or Lazada, and you’re ready to learn the rest You’re excited about AI, not threatened by it. You see it as a multiplier, not a replacement. We’ll train you on our tools, but the willingness to adapt matters more than existing skills Systems thinker: you see the process behind the task. When something breaks, you think about why, not just how to fix it this one time You’re organized and responsive in async communication (ClickUp, chat). Things don’t fall through the cracks with you Excellent English communication, written and verbal. This is non-negotiable. You’ll be writing creative briefs, presenting to clients, and representing Talas in every interaction. You carry yourself with confidence. When you walk into a client meeting or hop on a call, people should feel like they’re talking to someone who knows what they’re doing You value other people’s time. You show up on time, you meet deadlines, and you don’t need to be chased You’re comfortable with ambiguity. We’re building new processes constantly. If you need a 50-page SOP before you can start, this isn’t the role Nice to have Background in creative, whether that’s copywriting, art direction, content strategy, or just a strong portfolio of ads you’ve worked on Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools Experience in any of our verticals: fashion, retail, e-commerce, or industrial Basic understanding of UTM tracking, GA4, and attribution models Experience with e-commerce ad platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Zalora), especially CPAS or IPA campaign types What we offer A seat at a company that’s genuinely rethinking how marketing agencies work, not just adding AI as a buzzword Direct access to the founders. No layers of middle management between you and decision-making Structured AI training and certification. We invest in making you fluent with the tools, not just throwing you into them Proprietary AI tools that handle the repetitive work, so you can focus on strategy, creative, and client relationships instead of spreadsheets and screenshots Real growth trajectory. You’ll be trained directly by both founders and can grow into a senior strategist role as the team scales
