Job description: We are currently on the lookout for a new Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Cloudstaff, the #1 workplace everywhere! Engage with Inbound Marketing Leads, providing timely follow-up and conversion support

• Re-engage with Aged Inbound Marketing Leads to uncover renewed interest and opportunities
• Conduct Outbound dialing on targeted lists to identify new prospects and expand customer reach
• Understand customer needs and present solutions that address business challenges
• Manage the full sales cycle — from lead qualification to closing sales — while meeting performance targets
• Maintain precise records of client interactions, lead status, and pipeline activity in CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies and meet revenue goals
• Provide insights on customer feedback and market trends to support ongoing business development
• Qualifications and requirements:2–3 years of proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or account management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office/Google Workspace tools
• Experience using dialing program is preferred
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
• Willingness and ability to work US hours (night shift, PH time)
