Healthcare VA with Virtual Clinic Experience (Onsite)

Snapscale is looking for an experienced Healthcare Virtual Assistant (HVA) who can work onsite who has an experience working directly with a clinic, hospital, or similar setting as part of their team overseas. This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless patient experience through accurate scheduling, communication, and healthcare coordination. Responsibilities may include

• Verify patient benefits and insurance coverage
• Answer inbound calls and assist patients with inquiries
• Follow up on appointment confirmations and reminders
• Make outbound calls to leads and potential patients
• Schedule and reschedule patient appointments efficiently
• Manage electronic medical records (EMR)

Requirements

• Must have experience working with US-based clinics and/or healthcare environments
• Experience in EMR, insurance verification, patient coordination, and inbound call handling
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Must be willing to work onsite
