About the role

We are seeking a Spanish Bilingual HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting our diverse workforce and expanding our HR capabilities to serve Spanish-speaking employees and stakeholders. As a Spanish Bilingual HR Specialist, you will bridge communication gaps, facilitate cross-cultural HR initiatives, and ensure that all employees receive consistent, high-quality HR support regardless of their language preference. This role is integral to our commitment to creating an inclusive workplace and enhancing employee engagement across our organisation. What you'll be doing

Provide bilingual HR support in English and Spanish to employees, addressing inquiries related to policies, benefits, compensation, leave management, and career development

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by conducting interviews, screening resumes, and facilitating orientation sessions for Spanish-speaking candidates

• Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and communications in both English and Spanish
• Coordinate and facilitate HR initiatives, training programmes, and employee engagement activities that cater to our diverse workforce
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation whilst ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
• Serve as a cultural liaison and ambassador, promoting diversity and inclusion within the organisation
• Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management discussions
• Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to ensure seamless delivery of HR services across the organisation
• Prepare HR reports, analytics, and presentations to support decision-making and strategic planning
• Support payroll coordination and benefits administration processes for Spanish-speaking employees

What we're looking for

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal), with the ability to communicate professionally in both languages
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an HR generalist role or HR consulting environment
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and organisational development principles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels
• Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer service orientation
• Experience in a multinational or diverse work environment is preferred
• Certification in HR (such as SHRM-CP or equivalent) is advantageous but not required
• Familiarity with recruitment processes and employee onboarding best practices is beneficial
