Product Manager

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of digital products, particularly web tools and backend systems. The role is responsible for owning the product roadmap, translating business requirements into product features, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate has strong stakeholder management skills, experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, and the ability to drive product initiatives from concept to launch. Job Responsibilities: Own and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic priorities. Define product vision, strategy, and feature development plans based on business and user needs. Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories for development teams. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality product features. Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews. Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring the team works on the most valuable features. Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and recommend continuous improvements and enhancements. Prepare and deliver product presentations, reports, and updates to stakeholders and leadership. Support product launches and ensure smooth implementation of web tools and backend systems. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product releases. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.3–5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar product management role. Proven experience owning product roadmaps and launching product initiatives. Strong ability to translate business requirements into product features and user stories. Experience working with web applications, backend systems, or digital platforms. Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and experience working with development teams. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including strong presentation abilities. Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize features and make data-driven decisions.
