About the Role

Happiness Initiative is looking for a resourceful and hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to drive our digital marketing campaigns and grow our presence across our various platforms.

This role combines both strategy and execution. You will help plan campaigns, create content, manage digital channels, analyse performance and continuously improve our reach, engagement, leads and sales.

As part of a small team, you should be comfortable working independently, learning quickly and using AI and digital tools to get things done efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Telegram, EDMs and the website.
• Create regular social media content, including copy, graphics, carousels, short-form videos and other marketing assets.
• Develop and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent and timely publishing across platforms.
• Use AI tools extensively to support content creation, research, ideation, editing and marketing execution.
• Manage and optimise Happiness Initiative’s social media channels to improve reach, engagement and follower growth.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns, particularly through Meta Ads.
• Monitor and respond to enquiries, comments and messages received through social media channels.
• Track marketing performance, including reach, engagement, traffic, leads and product sales, and provide weekly updates.

What We’re Looking For

• Around 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation or a related role.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong understanding of social media and digital content.
• Proficient with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite and video editing software.
• Comfortable and confident using AI tools to improve speed, quality and productivity.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks from planning through to execution.
• Resourceful, dependable and quick to learn new tools and platforms.
• Good organisational skills and able to manage multiple campaigns at the same time.
• Experience with Meta Ads, email marketing, website management or e-commerce is preferred.

• Increased website traffic, enquiries and leads generated through digital channels.

• Clear weekly reporting on marketing activities, results and next steps.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who can take ownership of our digital marketing, work independently and get things done.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php38,000.00 per month
