Full job description

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and help design modern, intuitive web applications and SaaS products.

You will be responsible for taking ideas and requirements and turning them into clean, easy-to-use interfaces that look professional and are simple for customers to navigate.

Key Responsibilities

• Design modern web and SaaS interfaces in Figma
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes and final UI designs
• Design dashboards, CRM systems, forms, landing pages and customer portals
• Improve existing designs and user experiences
• Create and maintain reusable components and design systems
• Design responsive layouts for desktop, tablet and mobile
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly
• Identify UX problems and recommend practical improvements
• Research competitor products and modern UI/UX trends

Requirements

• Strong experience using Figma
• Excellent portfolio showing real UI/UX work
• Strong understanding of UX, layout, typography, spacing and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing web applications, SaaS products or dashboards
• Able to create clean, modern and professional designs
• Good understanding of responsive design
• Strong attention to detail
• Good English communication skills
• Able to work independently and take ownership of projects

Experience with CRM systems, fintech, B2B SaaS, AI products or startup environments is highly regarded.

We care more about the quality of your portfolio and your ability to design great products than formal qualifications.

Salary: ₱50,000–₱100,000 per month depending on experience and portfolio.
