Senior UX Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic product team. In this role, you will be instrumental in prototyping, shipping, and iterating the designs for our products. As we expand our product lines, your expertise in designing for web, iOS, and Android platforms will be crucial. You will also collaborate closely with developers, marking up web designs and slicing assets to ensure seamless integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Prototype, ship, and iterate design solutions for web, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Mark up web designs and slice assets for developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure design feasibility and excellence.
• Conduct user research and apply findings to inform and validate design decisions.
• Create wireframes, sitemaps, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance our design processes.
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted design workflows and practical experience using tools such as Chat

GPT, Claude, or similar generative AI platforms to enhance UX research, content creation, design exploration, and productivity is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• A link to your portfolio showcasing your UI/UX web/mobile/graphic app design work.
• Strong knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, brand development, typography, web limitations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent visual design skills with a deep understanding of User Experience principles.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS frameworks, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Extensive experience in creating wireframes, sitemaps, and prototypes.
• Comfortable with prototyping tools and methodologies, and adept at incorporating user feedback into design iterations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience in UX design, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding digital products.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare technology or a related field.
• Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative design culture.
