About the role
- Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of professional software development experlence, with hands-on use of Al coding assistants in actual projects
- Practical proficiency with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code and Open
- Al Codex, including prompt and context engineering
- Ability to review, validate, and optimize Al- generated code, remaining accountable for its correctness and maintainability
- Proficiency in Cif and .NET Core MVC, web development technologies, and Microsoft SQL Server
- Familiarity with Visual Studio / VS Code, Git workflows, and Azure DevOps or similar tools
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologles, Including Al-assisted code review and automated testing
- Awareness of secure and responsible Al usage-data privacy, source code confidentiality, and enterprise Al governance policies
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills, with attention to detall in code and documentation
- Responsibilities: Develop features using agentic coding tools such as Claude Code and Open
- Al Codex, ensuring clean, maintainable code that follows project requirements and coding standards
- Prepare and maintain prompts, repository context/rules files, and task breakdowns that guide Al-assisted development
- Review, validate, and refactor Al-generated code before commit, remaining accountable for its correctness, performance, and security
- Manage version control and maintain project documentation
- Conduct unit testing (including Al-assisted test generation) and support SIT and UATDebug and troubleshoot issues, and support deployment and rollback processes
- Participate in system design discussions and observe enterprise Al usage and security policies
- Offer on-call support to operations beyond regular work hours
