About the Role

We are seeking an Insurance Client Services Specialist to support a US-based insurance agency focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role goes beyond traditional customer service and requires someone who can build long-term client relationships, provide personalized support, and become an integrated member of the agency team.

The ideal candidate comes from an insurance agency environment and understands how to balance client servicing, policy administration, and relationship management while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service.
• Coordinate with account managers and agency staff regarding client needs and policy updates.
• Process policy servicing requests accurately and efficiently.
• Review policy information and ensure documentation is complete and up to date.
• Provide proactive follow-up on pending requests and client concerns.
• Participate in team discussions, meetings, and daily collaboration activities.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation within agency systems.
• Deliver concierge-level customer service focused on long-term client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in an insurance agency, brokerage, or similar insurance environment. (Local agencies - Life Insurance, Non-life/General Insurance)
• Experience handling personal lines or commercial lines insurance servicing.
• Familiarity with agency management systems such as Applied Epic, AMS360, QQ Catalyst, Hawk

Soft, EZLynx, or similar platforms.

• Experience processing endorsements, renewals, cancellations, policy changes, and client servicing requests.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and provide personalized customer service.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working collaboratively within a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
• Candidates must be willing to work night shift and onsite (Clark, Pampanga)
