Qualifications

• needs to be onsite everday following CB core hours; flexible - sometimes need to do OT, shifting or weekend work as needed
• understands various Infra (e.g. network, middleware, servers, etc)
• able to explain through diagrams/illustrations
• can communicate verbally effectively (explaining complex ideas/terminologies in simpler terms; uses analogy)
• can do thorough analysis/investigation to determine event triggers and scenarios;
• can put together pieces of information to formulate a conclusive and cohesive analysis
• can read logs and interprets them meaningfully
• meticulous and has attention to details
