HR Officer - Talent Acquisition

The HR Officer - Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities while providing HR operational support and ensuring accurate employee records and timely completion of HR processes. Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate endorsement, offer preparation, pre-employment requirements, and new hire documentation. Manage and maintain employee master data in SAP, including employee creation, updates, hiring-related transactions, and other HR system processes, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing. Oversee the maintenance and validation of 201 files, employee records, and company-issued assets, ensuring proper documentation, compliance, and accountability. Support HR operations and performance management processes by coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring timelines, and ensuring timely completion of required documentation and employee lifecycle activities.
