Sales Training Manager (Visayas)

Job Summary: Lead in developing sales training modules for the whole sales community of the company to enhance coaching and selling skills. Ensure execution of sales training plans to continuously develop selling skills and competencies of the sales team. Qualifications: Education: College Graduate with good communication & presentation skills. In depth understanding in Sales Operations (Distribution, Fundamental execution & any Sales related activities). Sales & Marketing experience on GT & MT & well expose across channel management. With training related-experience & handling a Corporate Training position.
