We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a new Healthcare Account in Davao! Join our team and provide quality customer service and voice support to healthcare customers while working in a fast-paced BPO environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and concerns through voice support. Provide accurate information and appropriate assistance to customers. Follow established processes, policies, and quality standards. Document customer interactions accurately. Maintain professional and effective communication throughout every interaction. Meet required productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

• Senior High School graduate or High School graduate
• At least 6 months BPO experience, regardless of line of business or account
• B2-level English communication skills
• Willing to work night shifts
• Willing to work onsite in Davao City
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
