Creator Sourcing & Outreach VA — Real Mad Honey

Real Mad Honey is a premium DTC brand selling wild Himalayan mad honey — hand-sourced, third-party tested, loved by 50,000+ customers, and growing fast. We're looking for an organized, proactive VA to own creator sourcing and outreach for us.

What you'll do

• Find and vet creators who genuinely fit our brand, not just big follower counts
• Be the first point of contact with creators, and keep the manager looped in on rates
• Keep our creator files, deals, and content organized so nothing falls through the cracks
• Help grow our creator community over time

What we need

• Experience with UGC sourcing or creator management (DTC/e-commerce a plus)
• Sharp eye for brand fit, not just follower counts
• Excellent written English
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, minimal supervision needed
• Available 9am–5pm CET, Monday–Friday
• This must be your only job
