IT Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day technical support for computers, software, networks, and other IT equipment. Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Assist with the installation, setup, and maintenance of computers, devices, and IT systems. Monitor and report basic system and network concerns. Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers when technical assistance is needed. Maintain IT records, equipment inventory, and user access. Assist with software updates, system upgrades, and other IT improvements. Help maintain data backups and basic IT security practices. Support employees with common IT tools, applications, and systems. Provide basic guidance to employees on the proper use of IT equipment and systems. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or a similar role. Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and basic networking. Experience with Windows and common office applications. Basic understanding of IT security and data protection. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn and provide support to different teams.
