About the role
- Expand the microfinance market, acquire new clients, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Conduct credit surveys and background checks, verify application documents, and manage non performing loan (NPL) recoveries
- Execute all credit business processes in strict accordance with SOPs and regulations to minimize financial risks.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major (Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply)
- Experience in marketing/sales is preferred
- Highly driven, resilient under pressure, excellent communication skills, and a strong team player
- Responsible, high integrity, principled, and possesses strong risk awareness.
