Role Overview: We're looking for a detail-driven Property Financial Accountant to own key financial accounting functions within our property division. This is a hands-on role at the core of our month-end cycle, reporting, and controls — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced property or real estate environment and is ready to take ownership of meaningful financial processes. Function: Corporate - Finance

Supervision: The role will report directly to the Senior Finance Manager - Funds Finance collaborative corporate finance team. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CA qualified (preferred)

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
• Property or real estate industry experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate financial information clearly
• What You'll Be Working On: The tasks and responsibilities for the role include: Execute month-end close, including accruals and prepayments
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and monthly financial reports
• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and bank reconciliation
• Support audit processes and maintain internal controls
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects and analysis as required
• Identify and drive continuous process improvements
• This Role is Ideal For: Advanced Microsoft Excel; intermediate Word and PowerPoint
• Experience with MRI software is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Positive, can-do attitude and genuine team player
• Excellent time management and ability to adapt to change and new systems
