Project Manager

What we’re looking for

• Plan and track schedule; lead daily execution to meet targets
• Control cost and budget; validate quantities, billings, and variations
• Manage contracts, risks, and site issues; implement solutions fast
• Ensure QA/QC and safety compliance through inspections and controls
• Lead team and subcontractors; coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment
• Handle client meetings and submit weekly/monthly progress reports
• Manage close-out: punchlist, as-builts, turnover documents, and handover

Qualifications

• Education: BS Civil Engineering (PRC Licensed preferred).
• Experience: 5+ years in construction, with leadership experience (PM, PE, or Senior Engineer).
• Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Excel. Experience with Primavera or MS Project is a strong advantage.
• Project Management: Strong track record in scheduling, cost control, procurement, and project documentation.
• Communication: Confident in client-facing coordination and presenting project reports to stakeholders.
• Core Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility: Willing to be deployed on-site and work extended hours when project milestones require it.
• Site Location: Punturin, Valenzuela City
• Duration: 1 year (Project-based)
