IT Software Admin

The IT Software Admin is responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and support of software applications and IT systems to meet the organization’s business and operational requirements. The role involves analyzing user needs, developing and testing software solutions, troubleshooting system issues, maintaining databases and integrations, and ensuring applications are secure, reliable, and efficient. Key responsibilities

• Handle and management of File
• Maker software system
• Introduce improvement in the software system
• Fix bugs, add security, and program review of the software system

Programming of File

• Maker to maximize the use of a software system
• Software and network management and upgrade
• Handle improvement project in IT software system
• Implement an effective IT software security system
• Perform data backup and recovery processes
• Resolve issues in IT systems and programs
• Maintain, repair, and upgrade the operating system

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field
• Experience with software development (File
• Maker System) and other software
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Operating System and its applications
• Knowledge of programming languages and website creation
• Knowledge of hardware installation and issues
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
