The Senior HR Officer will handle performance management processes, support employee engagement initiatives, and address workplace concerns in a fair and timely manner. The role also includes maintaining accurate HR records, coordinating training and development activities, and partnering with leadership to improve HR strategies and organizational culture.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience overseeing HR operations and supporting strategic initiatives.
  • Candidates should possess expertise in HR Policies and compliance, including developing, updating, and implementing policies aligned with local labor regulations.
  • Candidates should possess solid Employee Relations skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts, promote a positive work environment, and manage performance-related matters.
  • Candidates should possess experience in Job Description Development, including role analysis, competency identification, and documentation of responsibilities and requirements.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in a senior or lead HR role, preferably within professional services or real estate, and familiarity with Philippine labor laws.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to handle confidential information and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in HRIS or HR-related software and MS Office; experience with HR metrics and reporting is an advantage.
