Responsibilities

• Create 3D LED wall visuals for events and shows
• Produce 3D assets / materials from scratch
• Produce CGI animations and motion graphics for program visuals and social media content
• Design projection mapping visuals for stages, walls, ceilings, walkways, cakes, and event installations
• Animate titles, countdowns, program segments, and background visuals
• Work with the creative team to develop visual concepts based on event themes
• Prepare visuals in correct LED screen sizes and formats
• Render and export high-quality animation files for live event playback
• Assist in creative conceptualization for immersive event visuals

Requirements

• 3–5 years experience in 3D animation, motion graphics, or multimedia design
• Proficient in:
• Blender
• Houdini
• Adobe After Effects
• Experience in LED wall content, projection mapping, or stage visuals is an advantage
• Knowledge in 3D modeling, lighting, rendering, compositing, and animation
• Able to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to follow themes and design directions

Content Creation & Multimedia Design- Conceptualize, design, and produce high-impact marketing materials including advertisements, flyers, social media graphics, promotional campaigns, event collaterals, and branded content.- Develop creative visual concepts aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives.- Create engaging Event Audio-Visual Presentations (AVPs), motion graphics, reels, and digital content for various platforms.- Design and layout premium photo books, event albums, souvenirs, and print materials.- Perform advanced photo enhancement, color correction, retouching, and image manipulation for client deliverables. Software Proficiency

Must be highly proficient in:- Adobe Photoshop- Adobe Illustrator- Adobe After Effects- Adobe Lightroom- Adobe InDesign- Final Cut Pro X- Capture One- Canva

Knowledge of additional animation, or 3D software is a strong advantage. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop plus at least 2-3 other software programes from the listed applications. Event Production & On-Site Support- Provide creative and technical support during events, including on-site graphic editing and visual content adjustments when required. Coordinate with production, styling, and marketing teams to ensure all visual materials meet project requirements and timelines.- Assist in the preparation and execution of multimedia requirements for corporate events, weddings, birthdays, and special occasions. Equipment Management & Preparation- Prepare, organize, and maintain photography, videography, lighting, and multimedia equipment for shoots and events.- Conduct regular equipment inspections to ensure all gear is fully operational and event-ready.- Assist in equipment inventory management, maintenance scheduling, and sourcing of necessary materials and supplies. Social Media & Digital Marketing- Manage and regularly update Madison Events Inc.'s social media platforms.- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content including reels, stories, short-form videos, promotional posts, and event highlights.- Write compelling, creative, and brand-consistent captions, copy, and marketing content.- Monitor content performance and contribute ideas to improve audience engagement and online reach.- Collaborate in maintaining and updating website content, layouts, and visual assets to ensure a professional online presence. Photography & Videography Support- Provide photography and videography assistance during shoots and events when necessary.- Assist in capturing behind-the-scenes content, event highlights, and marketing materials.- Support post-production workflows including photo selection, editing, video assembly, and content optimization. Advanced technical skills in photography and videography are required to effectively support shoots and events.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, video editing, social media content, and creative projects. Excellent creative, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Willing to work flexible
