GPT and/or Claude beyond basic conversational use. Experience designing prompts, AI workflows, custom GPTs, Claude Projects/workflows, or similar AI applications. Experience using LLMs/APIs to build practical business solutions. Strong programming or scripting skills, with the ability to build lightweight applications and integrations. Experience working with REST APIs, authentication, JSON, webhooks, or data integrations. Experience integrating AI solutions with CRMs or other business systems is highly valuable. Familiarity with Insellerate or similar CRM platforms is a plus. Understanding of data privacy, access control, PII/NPI handling, and secure API integrations. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business problems into practical technical solutions. Comfortable working collaboratively with non-technical stakeholders and iterating quickly based on feedback. Strong documentation and communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• AI Agent & Workflow Development
• Work with stakeholders to identify repetitive, time-consuming, and high-impact tasks that can be improved or automated with AI.Design and implement Chat

GPT and Claude workflows, including prompts, custom GPTs, Projects, and Claude-based workflows. Build purpose-built AI Agents that can perform specific, repeatable tasks from start to finish. Determine when a problem can be solved through an AI workflow versus when custom development is required. Continuously test, refine, and improve AI agents based on real-world usage and stakeholder feedback. Build solutions that are practical, maintainable, and focused on measurable business impact. Internal Tools & AI-Assisted Development

Rapidly develop lightweight internal tools, scripts, dashboards, and utilities using AI-assisted development techniques. Prototype and iterate quickly with stakeholders rather than relying on lengthy development cycles. Connect AI agents and workflows to relevant business systems and data sources. Build tools that surface useful information through dashboards, automated reports,

Normalize CRM data into structured schemas that can be consumed by AI agents and ChatGPT/Claude workflows. Work with API authentication, credentials, endpoint permissions, and scoped access. Monitor API changes, versioning, and deprecations that may affect existing integrations. Security, Data & Reliability

Ensure appropriate handling of PII/NPI and other sensitive business information before data is sent to AI platforms or external services. Implement appropriate encryption, data retention, redaction, and access-control practices. Apply role-based permissions to AI agents, workflows, and CRM queries. Validate AI-generated outputs against Insellerate or other designated systems of record before they are relied upon for business decisions. Test for common failure scenarios, including stale data, empty results, permission errors, API failures, and unexpected AI outputs. Implement logging and monitoring so failed integrations, broken agents, and credential issues are identified quickly. Documentation & Continuous Improvement

Document AI agent configurations, prompts, workflows, integrations, credential scopes, and data flows. Maintain reusable prompt and workflow libraries. Document system setup and technical requirements for future developers. Maintain awareness of changes to APIs, AI platforms, and integrated systems. Participate in recurring working sessions with stakeholders to review adoption, performance, new opportunities, and upcoming builds. Continuously improve existing solutions based on usage, feedback, and changing business requirements.
