About the role

We're looking for a hands-on E-Commerce Marketing Manager to own the growth of a single direct-to-consumer product line. You'll plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns, create the content that feeds them, and be directly accountable for online sales. This is a remote role working Dubai business hours (GST, UTC+4), with our primary customer base in the United Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

Own the paid acquisition strategy across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google (Search, Shopping and Performance Max), Tik Tok and other relevant channels, including budget allocation and bid strategy

  • Build, launch and continuously optimise campaigns against clear targets for ROAS, CPA and revenue
  • Create and brief scroll-stopping content: short-form video, static ads, UGC-style creative, product photography direction and ad copy
  • Run structured creative testing to identify winning hooks, angles and formats, and scale what works
  • Manage and optimise the online store experience (product pages, landing pages, offers and bundles) to lift conversion rate and average order value
  • Plan and execute email and SMS flows and campaigns to drive repeat purchases and customer lifetime value
  • Plan promotional calendars around key UK retail moments (Black Friday, Christmas, Boxing Day, Mother's Day, summer sales and so on)
  • Track performance through GA4, platform analytics and e-commerce reporting, and report weekly on results, insights and

next steps

  • Work with freelancers, creators or agencies where needed, and manage their output
  • Keep across UK consumer trends, competitor activity and advertising regulations (including ASA and CAP code requirements)
  • About you3 to 5+ years in e-commerce or performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving B2C online sales
  • Strong hands-on experience running paid social and paid search campaigns with meaningful monthly budgets
  • Demonstrated ability to create or direct high-performing ad creative and content
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Woo Commerce or similar
  • Confidence with analytics tools (GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) and a data-driven approach to decision making
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with a natural feel for consumer-facing copy
  • Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
