HR STAFF

We are seeking an HR Staff member to join our Human Resources team at our office in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day human resources operations of IMAC UPVC Roof Corporation. As HR Staff, you will be instrumental in ensuring our organization maintains best practices in employee management, compliance and workplace culture. This role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the growth and success of our company whilst developing your expertise in human resources management.

Key responsibilities

• Assisting with the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding
• Administering and maintaining employee records and documentation in compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Processing of payroll and time keeping
• Preparation of disciplinary notice to employees
• Providing HR support to employees on a wide range of HR-related matters
• Participating in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives
• Coordinating HR-related training and development programs
• Supporting the HR team in various projects and ad-hoc tasks as required

Graduate of BS Psychology

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to maintain accurate records and data
