As an HR Helpdesk Specialist, you will serve as the primary contact for employees seeking assistance with HR-related inquiries. This role is responsible for providing timely, accurate information and support on a variety of HR topics, including benefits, policies, payroll, and general employee concerns. Additionally, the representative handles reporting requests, manages HR data, and participates in audit processes to ensure data integrity and compliance. Shift Schedule: Rotating Shift
Hybrid Set Up: 3 days RTO (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday)
What You’ll Do
Act as the primary contact for employee HR inquiries related to policies, benefits, payroll, and HR systems
Provide prompt and professional support via phone, email, and case management tools, meeting established SLAsGuide employees in navigating HR systems, forms, and self-service tools
- Create, maintain, and update knowledge base articles and work instructions
- Process HR data requests and generate standard and ad-hoc reports
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in HR data maintenance and audits
- Collaborate with HR COEs and Operations teams to resolve complex cases and improve end-to-end processes
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, tools, and workflows
Support Success
- Factors initiatives, including UAT and system enhancements
- Participate in operational reviews and performance discussions with HR stakeholders
- Provide backup support for other HR Operations processes as needed
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR Operations
- At least 1 year of experience with Success
Factors
At least 1 year of experience using a Case Management tool
