- - With Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- -With valid PRC ID
- - With relevant experience
- - With Basic Life Support and Advance Cardiac Life Support Training
- - Certificate Training for hemodialysis
- - Proficiency in dialysis procedures, including hemodialysis and familiarity with patient assessment, treatment planning, and monitoring
- -Ability to supervise, train, and schedule nursing and support staff within the dialysis unit
