Project Manager

About the role: An experienced Project Manager is required to represent the Owner and oversee a residential construction/renovation project in Quezon City. The role involves independent management and oversight of the project on behalf of the Owner, with direct communication with Architects, Contractors, Independent suppliers, and other project stakeholders. The project will not be under Surveytech Corp. but will be direct with one of the owner for the duration of the reconstruction and renovation of the Project. Project Location: Quezon City, Brgy Bahay Toro

Key

responsibilities

• Represent and protect the Owner's interests throughout the project
• Oversee the overall construction and renovation works
• Coordinate with the Architect, General Contractor, subcontractors, suppliers, and other consultants
• Monitor project schedule, progress, quality, and workmanship
• Review ongoing works against approved plans and specifications
• Monitor project costs, billings, change orders, and additional works
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings
• Identify delays, construction issues, and potential problems early
• Provide regular progress reports and recommendations directly to the Owner
• Assist in checking completed works before approval and turnover

About you

• Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect preferred or with solid experience in residential construction or renovation projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, plans, costing, and project coordination
• Able to independently manage and oversee contractors
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
