• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PMSalary: Up to PHP 35,000, depending on qualifications and experience

KEY

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide daily outpatient consultation and basic nursing services within the scope of professional nursing practice. Provide appropriate nursing care for employees who experience illness or injury. Administer first aid and emergency treatment, including for work-related injuries. Assist in transporting or referring employees to the nearest hospital during emergencies. Maintain, organize, and safeguard employee medical records. Review and validate medical certificates and other health-related documents. Prepare reports regarding nursing services and work-related injuries. Coordinate HMO-related concerns and employee inquiries with Intellicare. Process and endorse medical reimbursement claims to the Payroll team. Coordinate and provide administrative support for Annual Physical Examination (APE) activities. Prepare and submit Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) compliance reports to DOLE and other relevant regulatory bodies. Provide initial psychological first aid and support to employees when necessary. Maintain strict confidentiality of employee medical and health-related information. Perform other health-related administrative and employee support functions as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license. Experience in company nursing, occupational health, clinic nursing, or a related role is an advantage. Must have Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training and certification. Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) / First Aid training and certification. Knowledge of occupational health and workplace safety practices is an advantage. Strong documentation and organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to handle confidential employee medical information professionally.
