TEAM LEADER – OUTBOUND SALES (B2B) - FOR A PIONEERING ACCOUNT!

We are looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Team Leader to lead and coach a growing international B2B sales team targeting new businesses and SMBs across the US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of B2B Outbound Sales Representatives
• Drive team performance across high-volume outbound calling and sales conversion
• Monitor daily activities, calls, leads, conversions, and sales KPIsConduct regular call monitoring, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
• Support agents in objection handling, prospect qualification, and closing opportunities
• Ensure accurate CRM usage, lead management, and sales reporting
• Work closely with management on sales strategy, messaging, target markets, and campaign improvements
• Motivate the team and maintain a high-performance, results-driven sales environment

About you

• Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in B2B outbound sales, telesales, or cold calling is required
• Proven experience managing and coaching a sales team toward achieving KPIs and sales targets
• Strong English communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of outbound sales, lead qualification, objection handling, and sales conversion
• Comfortable dealing with international B2B markets and business decision-makers
• Results-driven, analytical, and capable of identifying performance gaps and implementing corrective actions
• Must be willing to work 100% onsite in Ortigas and rotate/work different shifts depending on the assigned international market (US, UK, AU/NZ, or EU)
