We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead the commercial strategy and market expansion for our flagship audio and home entertainment product portfolios. Reporting directly to executive leadership, you will oversee end-to-end sales strategy across all revenue channels, directly steering growth across key accounts, brand retail stores in major shopping malls, consignment partners, and e-commerce platforms. Key Responsibilities

Retail Brand Stores: Oversee commercial performance, merchandising standards, foot-traffic conversion, and sales team operations across brand stores in top-tier shopping malls. Wholesale & Outright Distribution: Build and scale key partner relationships with major national electronics retailers, appliance centers, and independent distributors. Consignment Sales: Manage partner inventory velocity, sell-through optimizations, and commercial agreements with key department stores and specialty retailers.E-Commerce & Digital Channels: Collaborate with digital marketing to maximize direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales across proprietary web stores and major online marketplaces.
