HR Generalist

DUTIES &

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
• Performing face to face and phone interviews with candidates
• Administering appropriate company assessments
• Performing background checks
• Handle employee inquiries regarding compensation and

benefits

Assist in addressing employee relations concerns and workplace issues. Monitor attendance, leaves, and other employee-related records. Completing timely reports on employment activity

Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

QUALIFICATIONSCandidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent. Proven work experience in Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations and Recruitment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
