• We're Hiring: Technical Support Representatives (TSR)
• Location: Full Onsite – I3 Building, 14th Floor, Cebu IT Park
• Schedule: Shifting
• (Immediate Joiners Preferred)
• Hiring Process: 1-Day Only – Must be willing to attend an onsite interview

Job Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues via inbound phone calls, email, and chat
• Deliver tech-savvy and customer-focused support
• Recommend solutions and upsell services when appropriate

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or 3rd-year college level: No experience required
• SHS/HS graduates or 2nd-year college level: Must have at least 6 months of international voice support experience

Compensation and Benefits

• Basic Pay

• Commissions: Potential earnings up to six digits
