Full job description

We are looking for a creative, organized, and real-estate-savvy Virtual Assistant to support a real estate agent with social media, administrative tasks, and transaction support.

What you'll be doing

• Social media marketing tailored specifically for real estate agents
• Video editing for reels, stories, and marketing content
• Graphic design and branded content creation
• Website updates and maintenance
• Transaction and listing coordination support
• Administrative tasks and general operations
• Managing and updating Coffee & Contracts content

You must have: Prior real estate experience (required) Social media marketing experience for real estate agents (required) Video editing skills Canva proficiency Wix website management experience Familiarity with Chat

• GPT and AI tools Gmail and Google Workspace proficiency Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bonus points for: Experience with Homes.com Coffee & Contracts platform knowledge Eye for branding and visual consistency
• Schedule: Full Time, Monday to Friday
• Rate: $800 USD/month
