We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for internal employees, providing support for inquiries and concerns related to HR, Procurement, and Payroll. The role involves handling inquiries through multiple channels, understanding employee concerns, providing accurate information and assistance, documenting cases, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams when needed. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any field. Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and case documentation skills. Comfortable handling confidential employee information. Willing to work on a shifting schedule. Willing to work on a full RTO setup in BGC, Taguig. Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first-line contact for internal employees seeking assistance. Handle inquiries related to HR, Procurement, and Payroll through phone, chat, web, and other digital channels. Understand and investigate employee concerns and provide appropriate assistance or resolution. Accurately document cases and customer interactions in the system. Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate support teams when necessary. Guide employees toward available self-service resources and solutions. Meet established service quality, productivity, and performance targets. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information.
