Sales Support Coordinator

McHugh and Eastwood (Aust) Pty. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our growing international team. Working alongside our existing Manila-based Sales Support team member, this role will share responsibility for providing commercial, pricing, and administrative support to our Australian sales and operations teams. Key responsibilities

• Prepare customer quotations in accordance with company pricing policies and commercial guidelines
• Assist the Sales Team with pricing requests, tenders, and customer proposals
• Obtain freight rates from carriers, overseas agents, and service providers
• Prepare and maintain customer-specific rate cards and pricing agreements
• Ensure quotations are completed accurately and within required timeframes
• Monitor market pricing trends and assist in maintaining competitive freight rates
• Provide general administrative and commercial support to the Sales Team
• Maintain company tariff data, buying rates, and selling rates within Cargo
• Wise and associated systems
• Maintain accurate pricing records across Cargo
• Wise and internal systems
• Support data audits and quality checks to ensure pricing integrity

About you

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred

Previous experience in a sales support, pricing, or commercial administration role within Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or a BPO/shared-services environment supporting an Australian business highly regarded

• Working knowledge of Cargo
• Wise (or willingness to learn) and Microsoft 365 Products
• Excellent spoken and written English, with the confidence to liaise directly with Australian stakeholders
• High attention to detail and strong data accuracy skills
• Willingness to work hours aligned with Australian business hours to support real-time collaboration with the Sales and Operations teams
• Proactive communication with all relevant stakeholders
• Strong numerical and analytical skills for pricing and rate management
• Ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team at all levels using a variety of online tools
