DevOps Engineer

Design, maintain, and optimize highly available cloud infrastructure that supports business-critical software applications. Implement monitoring, disaster recovery, backup, failover, and operational readiness processes. Ensure platform performance, scalability, security, and reliability across React and TypeScript front-end applications, .NET / C# backend services, PostgreSQL databases, and Microsoft Azure cloud services in a multi-tenant SaaS architecture.

Key responsibilities

Design, maintain, and optimize highly available cloud infrastructure that supports business-critical software applications. Implement monitoring, disaster recovery, backup, failover, and operational readiness processes. Ensure platform performance, scalability, security, and reliability. Design and maintain automated deployment pipelines and Infrastructure as Code solutions. Develop automation that improves deployment consistency, operational efficiency, and platform reliability. Support deployment strategies that minimize downtime and reduce operational risk. Manage Azure infrastructure, containerized workloads, and supporting platform services. Support PostgreSQL database environments, including performance, availability, backup, and recovery processes. Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions. Support incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. About you5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, or related roles. Strong experience with Azure cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and automation. Experience supporting containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes. Experience supporting PostgreSQL environments in production. Experience supporting multi-tenant SaaS platforms and cloud-native application architectures. Strong understanding of monitoring, observability, incident response, and platform reliability practices. Proficiency with Microsoft Azure, GitHub Actions and CI/CD automation, Docker and Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, PowerShell and Bash scripting. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
