Outsource Teams places skilled Filipino professionals in long-term, full-time roles with businesses in Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States. You work from home as part of one client's team, with support from our Manila-based account managers and our own staff platform for onboarding, daily reports and timesheets. The Role

You will manage paid advertising for marketing agencies and direct brands in the UK, the US and Australia, working inside the client's team as their dedicated media buyer.

What You Will Do

• Build, launch and optimise Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads campaigns
• Test creatives, audiences and landing pages, and manage budgets and bids daily
• Set up and check conversion tracking with GA4, Google Tag Manager and the Meta pixel
• Report performance clearly in Looker Studio or Google Sheets, with recommendations
• Send a daily update to the account manager

Requirements

• At least 2 years managing paid campaigns, with a track record of monthly ad spend you can describe
• Hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager experience (TikTok, LinkedIn or Microsoft Ads is a plus)
• Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking
• Agency or ecommerce experience preferred
• Excellent written English

Schedule
