Seasonal Customer Service Representative

We're hiring Seasonal Customer Service Representatives to join our on-site team in Dagupan City, Pangasinan for the upcoming holiday season. This is an excellent opportunity for customer service professionals who enjoy helping customers, communicate confidently, and can stay organized and accurate in a fast-paced environment. You'll support customers with orders, product questions, account and order updates, concerns, returns, and general customer service needs across phone, email, and chat. Experience in e-commerce, online retail, apparel, fashion, or consumer products is a strong plus.

What You'll Do

Provide a friendly, professional, and helpful experience during every customer interaction. Handle inbound customer service and order-related calls. Assist customers with placing orders and navigating the ordering process. Answer questions about products, orders, and available services. Resolve customer concerns and identify when an issue needs to be escalated. Process customer accommodations and order updates accurately. Document customer interactions and relevant information in customer service systems. Navigate multiple computer systems while assisting customers. Communicate clearly with internal teams regarding escalated issues. Support customers through phone, email, and chat as required. Maintain a high level of accuracy and customer satisfaction, particularly during busy holiday periods.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have: Previous customer service or customer support experience. Strong verbal and written English communication skills.A warm, confident, and professional phone presence. The ability to handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally. Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with customer and order information. The ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems while assisting customers. Comfort using computers and customer service platforms. Email and/or chat customer service experience.A dependable, self-motivated approach and the ability to work independently. The ability to work effectively as part of a team. The ability to handle sensitive customer information confidentially. High school diploma or equivalent. Experience That Will Be an Advantage
