Reports Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Gather and consolidate performance data from multiple systems
• Prepare ad-hoc reports requested by operations, managements or clients
• Provide insights that support operational decision-making and process improvement
• Analyze large data sets to identify patterns, opportunities, and areas of concern
• Optimize existing reporting tools and processes for efficiency and accuracy
• Regularly audit data to verify accuracy and consistency

Job Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a Reports Analyst or similar role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically in Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel, including Pivot Tables, lookup functions, and data validation
• Experience with reporting, data analysis, and data quality management
• Basic to intermediate Power BI experience
