Company Overview:KW Industrials is a commercial kitchen and industrial equipment group built over more than a decade in the foodservice and fabrication industry. We supply professional foodservice solutions, custom stainless steel fabrication through KW Metals, and an exclusive portfolio of imported brands. We are looking for a motivated sales representative to join our team. This position focuses on driving both traditional and online sales. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue. Handle the full sales cycle: lead generation, proposal creation, follow-up, and closing deals. Communicate effectively with clients via email, phone, chat, and in-person meetings. Create engaging content such as short videos and product showcases for online marketing. Generate leads through social media — plan, shoot, and post short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Facebook) that showcases our equipment and fabrication work and drives inquiries. Respond fast to comments, DMs, and messages, qualify the interest, and move prospects toward a sale. Build and maintain relationships with restaurants, hotels, food entrepreneurs, and repeat clients. Understand our products well enough to match the right solution to each customer's kitchen and budget. Hit sales targets and keep clean records of leads, quotes, and follow-ups. Feed ideas back to the team on what content and products resonate with the market. Qualifications: Strong communication in Filipino and English and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with video content creation and digital marketing tools is required. Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in both online and on-site settings. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. Willing to travel — to meet clients, visit sites, and attend to accounts wherever the business takes you.
