The Technical Project Manager / Technical Business Analyst is responsible for leading end-to-end enterprise technology projects, driving technical solution delivery, business process transformation, and AML/Anti-Fraud initiatives while ensuring successful implementation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment. Key responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, scope, budget, resources, timelines, and successful implementation. Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions aligned with business objectives. Drive business process analysis, workflow optimization, system design, and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage system integrations, APIs, web services, and cross-platform implementations while ensuring quality and delivery standards. Coordinate stakeholders, manage risks and changes, and support testing, release, and compliance activities to ensure project success.
